Yes. Disinfecting equipment touch points and flat surfaces is part of a typical Citywide fitness center scope. We agree with you which equipment is included and which products to use around specific finishes and upholstery.
How do you deal with mold and mildew in showers?
Showers, saunas and sink areas are scrubbed on a regular schedule, including tile, grout and drains, to control mold, mildew and fungus. Frequency is set according to how heavily the facility is used.
Can you clean overnight or between classes?
Yes. Citywide crews are available around the clock, so cleaning can be scheduled overnight, early morning or between sessions, depending on your hours.
Do you handle laundry or towel service?
No. Citywide removes used towels to your designated bins as part of cleaning, but laundering is not part of our services.
